On 11 September 2015, Finance Ministers from Australia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, the Philippines and Thailand signed a Statement of Understanding at the APEC Finance Ministers’ Meeting in Cebu, the Philippines on the Asia Region Funds Passport.
