Once an economy becomes a signatory, it agrees to
- give effect to the arrangements for the Asia Region Funds Passport in the Memorandum of Cooperation;
- administer the regime and supervise passport funds in a manner that’s consistent with the goals of the Asia Region Funds Passport;
- resolve differences amicably;
- cooperate with other participants;
- support the Joint Committee and provide assistance to the Joint Committee; and
- maintain its eligibility.
